HOW IT WORKS

Our system is designed to provide a simple solution to the bill paying process.  Here is how it works: First, we will receive your bills and analyze them for consistency and accuracy.  Next, we will upload the bills to your Bill Simplicity account and wait for you to review and approve the bills you want to pay. After your approval has been given, we will submit payments to your vendors.  During the payment process, we will send you notifications before your payments are sent out, as well as when the payments are complete.  You can access your account 24/7 and view all current and past transactions anytime you need.  Have questions on a bill or payment? Every month we will receive your bills and upload them to your portal. You can also upload bills directly from your computer, or send them to us via email, mail or fax.

We will examine each bill for consistency and accuracy. We will monitor recurring bills and contact vendors if a bill has not been received on time.

We will send notifications when a new bill has arrived. You will also receive an alert if a bill needs your attention or has been flagged for additional review.

You can review and approve bills right from your computer. You may also reject a bill or come back to a bill at a later time if you have additional questions or oversight needed .

After you have approved your bills to be paid, we will send out payments to your vendors. We will send you notifications before your payment goes out as well as when the payment is complete.
